These terms govern your use of the Glassco Auto & Window Ltd. website and the booking, quote, and service requests you submit through it. By using this site you agree to these terms.

Quotes & estimates

Online quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation once we inspect the vehicle, glass, or property. Final pricing may vary based on parts, mouldings, calibration requirements, and ICBC coverage.

Bookings & cancellations

Booked appointments hold your install slot and parts. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel so we can offer the slot to another customer.

ICBC & insurance claims

As an ICBC Express Glass Repair Shop, we can bill ICBC directly on covered claims. You are responsible for any deductible, betterment, or non-covered charges. We process claims based on the information you provide and the coverage on file with ICBC.

Lifetime workmanship warranty

Glassco warrants the workmanship of every install for as long as you own the vehicle or property. The warranty covers leaks, wind noise, and defects caused by our installation. It does not cover new impact damage, stress cracks from pre-existing chips, vandalism, or damage from accidents. Glass and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.

Communications

By providing your phone number and email you consent to receive transactional messages related to your booking, quote, or service. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glassco's liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
