Every screen and door we sell is built in our own Surrey shop — we don't resell from a third party. That means tighter tolerances, shorter lead times, and we own the warranty end-to-end.
Do you measure on-site or do I need to provide dimensions?
We always measure on-site for custom builds. It's free across Metro Vancouver and ensures the unit fits the first time.
What's the typical lead time?
5–7 business days for bug screens, 2–3 weeks for storm doors, retractable systems, and patio doors. Rush options available — call us.
Do you install everything you sell?
Yes — every product comes with professional installation by our team and our standard lifetime workmanship warranty.
