Emergency Glass Repair Across Metro Vancouver
Broken window, smashed storefront or shattered windshield — we secure it first and sort the paperwork after. Call and you get a person, not a voicemail box.
What we handle as an emergency
Broken home window
Break-in, storm damage or an accident. We board up immediately so your home is secure, then return with the finished glass.
Smashed storefront
Emergency board-up for retail and office frontage, then tempered or laminated replacement glass to BC building code.
Shattered auto glass
Windshield, side or rear glass. ICBC direct billing, mobile service, and in-house ADAS recalibration so it's one visit.

Common questions
How fast can you get to me?
For emergency board-ups in our core service area we aim to be on site within 1–2 hours. Permanent glass follows as soon as the unit is cut or fabricated — often same day for standard sizes.
Do you board up broken windows after hours?
Yes. A broken window is not something that waits until morning. Call and we'll secure the opening, then come back in normal hours to fit the permanent glass.
What does an emergency board-up cost?
It depends on the size of the opening and how far we're travelling. We quote before we start — no surprise emergency surcharge appearing on the invoice afterwards.
Can I drive with a shattered windshield?
No — a shattered or badly cracked windshield is a structural and legal problem, not a cosmetic one. Call us and we'll either come to you or get you in the same day.
Will insurance cover emergency glass?
Auto glass usually goes through ICBC and we bill them directly. Home and commercial glass usually goes through your property insurer — we invoice in the format adjusters expect and can deal with them for you.
