Common questions
Where is the closest Glassco glass shop?
We have two shops: 103 – 7935 128 Street in Surrey and 20308 Logan Avenue in Langley. If neither is close, our mobile units cover the rest of Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley at no extra travel charge inside our core service area.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome at both shops for rock chip repairs and quotes. For a windshield replacement it's worth calling first so the glass is on hand when you arrive.
Can you come to me instead?
Yes. Most auto glass work can be done at your home or workplace, and all home and commercial glass is measured on site. Book online or call and we'll come to you.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and Sunday by appointment. Emergency board-ups are handled outside those hours.
Do you handle ICBC claims at the shop?
Yes — we're an ICBC Express glass shop, so we file the claim for you and bill ICBC directly. You don't pay the glass portion up front.
