Do you handle ICBC claims directly?+
Yes — we're an ICBC Express Glass Repair Shop. We open the claim, file the paperwork, and bill ICBC directly. Repairable rock chips are 100% covered ($0 deductible). Windshield replacements are also covered — a standard ICBC deductible applies and we'll confirm the exact amount before any work starts.
How long does a windshield replacement take?+
Most modern vehicles take 60–90 minutes, plus 1 hour safe-drive-away time. ADAS camera recalibration adds about 30 minutes and is done in-house.
Do you offer mobile service?+
Yes, we offer mobile windshield repair and most replacements at your home or workplace across Metro Vancouver.
What's your warranty?+
Lifetime workmanship warranty on every install for as long as you own the vehicle or home.

Do you do residential and commercial glass?+
Absolutely — broken pane repair, sealed units, mirrors, shower doors, storefront replacement, board-ups, and more.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cash, debit, all major credit cards, and direct billing to ICBC for covered repairs.
Do you give discounts to taxi/rideshare drivers?+
Yes — we have ongoing discounts for taxi, rideshare, and fleet customers. Mention it when you book.
